Shipping
All shipping costs are charged transparently. We do not add any additional fees or profit to shipping charges. Due to the volatile freight market, shipping costs vary with each shipment and are subject to vessel space availability. Please note that delivery may take several months, as current RoRo vessels have very limited space.
Payment
Full payment must be made by wire transfer to our designated bank account in USD, EUR, or JPY once the vehicle arrives at the port of loading in Japan. The vehicle will not be loaded onto the vessel until we have confirmed receipt of the full payment.
