We only collect what you choose to send us and what our server needs to operate:
Information you submit — when you use the contact or vehicle quote forms: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, country/region, destination port, chosen subject or packages, and the content of your message.
Technical data — our web server automatically records standard log data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
3. How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, process and ship an order if you place one, keep records of our correspondence, maintain the security and integrity of the website, and comply with legal obligations. For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, our legal bases are your consent and/or the steps necessary to respond to your request and enter into a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: our web hosting provider (Xserver, Japan) and our email provider (Google Workspace) for receiving and replying to your messages, and — only if you consent to analytics cookies (see section 6) — Google Analytics (Google LLC). Where an order proceeds, relevant details may be shared with shipping and export agents as needed to fulfil it. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
5. International transfers
We are based in Japan. If you contact us from the EU/EEA or UK, your data will be transferred to and stored in Japan and by our providers. Japan is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics data may also be processed by Google, including in the United States, under Google's own safeguards.
